The GO Rate is a relationship platform that helps consumers understand when buying, refinancing, or moving may make sense based on their goals. 3. No guarantee of approval, rates, or savings

We make no guarantee that you will qualify for a mortgage, receive a specific interest rate, achieve any particular level of savings, or reach any financial outcome. All lending decisions are made independently by licensed lenders using their own criteria.

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Make your own decisions and consult licensed professionals before acting

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services
• Upload malware or attempt to breach security
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation

The GO Rate™, our logo, our design system, the GO experience flow, and all software, content, and materials on the Services are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (including the professional you connect with). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GO RATE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
